Firearms may only be shipped to a licensed dealer (FFL Holder) - If you are not a licensed dealer, you must make arrangements with a dealer in your state to receive the firearm and transfer it to you. Since the 1994 Assault Weapon Ban sunset on 9/13/04, LEO marked magazines may be purchased and owned by the general public except in those states with more restrictive magazine possession laws. Please see the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms website by clicking HERE for details on the sunset of the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban.
Magazine Legality Sorry, we can't send to those states and municipalities where possession, purchase or transfer of high capacity magazines is not allowed. It is up to you to know the laws of the state in which you reside. Please don't order these magazines if you cannot legally receive them.
NOTICE: ALL Ammunition Orders Require Drivers License, Concealed Carry Permit , or some other State Issued Identification for age verification before ammunition can be shipped. You can cover up the number on your license if you like, but ammunition orders will NOT ship until we receive age verification. Once we have proper identification on file, you may order at any time without delay in shipment. Identification can be emailed to shan@Vanguardnc.com .
